Dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday morning 10:00 am, picked it up the following Tuesday evening at approx. 5:00 pm. O2 sensor diagnosed and replaced in addition to having 4 tires replaced. Would have liked to have more notifications of repair status throughout the repair cycle. Both of your service managers were very professional and courteous in all actual phone conversations. Overall I was very pleased with your services.

The people here at Eskridge Chevrolet are the BEST, they are what makes the difference!! I came in for a recall service, and they made me feel like part of the family, with a warm welcome and inviting spirit. The service itself was great, they know what they are doing and when it comes time to replace my Avalanche I will come to see Eskridge Chevrolet first! The Big Dogs at GM however need to replace the idiot that chose the APP that they all use - it's terrible and does not work the way it says it is suppose to. It sends you an appointment reminder that says "click here if you need to make changes" but when you follow the instructions, there is no way to make any changes. It is EXTREMELY frustrating and makes you wonder if that same idiot that selected this app ever tested it out himself...I highly doubt it.

I was told to fix $2,500 worth of stuff, and I took it to another mechanic that’s extremely trustworthy told me nothing was wrong with it. Also I paid for an alignment, and when I took it to my mechanic they told me you guys didn’t even align my truck. Very disappointed.

I doubt there is enough room provided here to explain how ill equipped the new service writer Shane Hillard has proven to be, concerning my NEW Z71's (first) last (only issue so far). However I would absolutely like to talk with someone about the events that have transpired. Including having been told I will no longer be helped. Everything went as expected. The service was completed, and the car is working great. The employees at the dealership were accomadating and I appreciate their positive attitude.

I asked in the beginning for the dealership not to run my credit because I had a preapproval from a credit union. I told them what I was approved for and that I had 7000 to put down on top of the amount I was approved for. When I get there, the price was way above what my preapproval was for and my credit was run without my permission. When I finally did sign off on everything even though they had done me wrong, they let me pay 6000 down instead of 7000 and said the full amount would be the same because they added 500 to each of my trade ins. That amount was 73150 after my down payment. The finance guy tried to skip over the total amount financed which was now 77000. I did notice they lied and had increased the overall amount but it was Saturday and I had just driven 7 hours to get to their dealership. They was aware of this and I think that’s why they took advantage of me. Morally and ethically these people should be ashamed of themselves. I’m sure some other lines were crossed also. I ended up signing off on a deal that I shouldn’t have because turning around and driving 7 hours and having to wait until Monday for a different dealership was impossible considering I took days off from work to make this work. I pray this doesn’t happen to others and that these people avoid treating people like this in the future.

Had loan set up for a new suv to add (to my long list of vehicles I own) thru TFCU.. BUT the credit guy sent an app to 2 other lenders without my approval. Also, failed to send purchase agreement to the loan officer I use at TFCU as agreed and I instructed!! This was the easiest sale of all time. I had decided on the vehicle I viewed online, test drove it at my request, and said I’d take it….all your team had to do was file out purchase agreement and email !! Is there a quota of credit apps to send out to hit your numbers?? Now it shows 3 credit pulls on my high Fico credit profile! Now I will have to take time out of my busy life to dispute the unauthorized credit pulls!! NOT GOOD!! I buy a new car once a year or so, this is not good for Eskridge!! The credit guy, Wes hung up on me when I I expressed my frustrations because I said it was “bullshit” he went against my wishes! Typical weak response because you can’t justify your failures? Serve your customers and respect their wishes. I purchased the vehicle before I knew of the above or I would have went somewhere else this time. (I had purchased a 2500 HD trailboss just 12 months prior from this location)…but always remember, there are tons of places to buy vehicles these days!!

The personable service Mgr seem to know his job, and waiting area comfortable. The service was performed and I received a overview video snd explanation fron the tech. I was there about 35-45 minutes. I drove 36 miles 1way for this service, a worth while trip.

Everyone was very friendly and the work was done correctly. The issue we had was we went in for an oil change and had said we would wait at the dealership - so we didn’t bring another vehicle. There were a couple of other things they discovered were recommended to do after 90,000 miles. After quoting the price, we said to go ahead and do them. We didn’t think to ask how long it would take. We ended up being there over 5 hours. I now understand the these things take a while, but we had no idea at the time. I think the girl should have at least said these will take another 3 or 4 hours so would you like to stay or reschedule. Also, they discovered they had misquoted the price and said they would give us a 20% discount on the entire bill and I had asked to also use my reward points. After 4 1/2 hours I asked if they knew how much longer it would be. She told me they were putting the charges in the computer - it took 45 minutes to do that - then it was finally done. When it came time to pay, the 20% discount nor my rewards had been applied. I don’t think it was done maliciously- just bad staff communication. It just didn’t help since we had been waiting for so long.

The full experience was great. Only thing was no phone charging station in waiting room.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Very transparent on pricing and fees, and absolutely no pressure. No question who we will reach out to for our next vehicle purchase.

Nothing to say

Besides taking 3 1/2 hours, I am disappointed. One of my batteries tested "dead". I have been having keyfob issues and was told that the dead battery could be the issue since the Keyfob battery had been placed. After contacting the Chevrolet Dealership in Missouri that replaced the batteries last year, getting warranty proof, and waiting a long time for replacement, I was told that the battery took charge, so no replacement. Okay, that worked for two days or so, and now I am back to having the same issue. Just wish the battery was replaced so I do not have to constantly do troubleshooting to unlock the truck, start the truck, or lock the truck.

Disappointed they say I need tires my tires are new just got them two months ago my brother already changed the fluids that there mentioned needed done.

The entire team was extremely helpful from the beginning stages of looking at a Traverse to the final stages of signing the paperwork. We have purchased several vehicles from Eskridge over the years and have always had the best experience. Best small town dealership, hands down.

I arrived for my appt time and they found a bulb out on my headlight so it was fixed. They let me know I need 2 tires and my brakes need to be done next time. So I put all that in my budget. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back!
