Hoboken is an artisan coffee roaster and coffee shop located at 224 South Division St. in Guthrie. It opened in 2012 in a converted garage that serves as both roasters and shop and has been going strong since then. The coffee shop is closed on Sunday, open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. the rest of the week. You can buy bags of roasted single-origin or specialty blends or enjoy the coffee shop setting as you indulge in your favorite drink and a freshly made pastry.

Rick’s Fine Chocolates and Coffees

Rick’s Fine Chocolates and Coffees has it all – at least it has chocolates and coffees and what more could you want? It also has two locations, the original shop conveniently located in downtown Guthrie at 109 West Oklahoma Avenue, and a second location, Rick’s To Go Cafe, that is located at 105 East Industrial Road. Along with coffee and chocolates, both of Rick’s locations offer healthy breakfast and lunch options, including fresh breakfast wraps, delectable quiches, panini sandwiches, hearty salads, chips, and more. Come for the coffee and chocolates and stay for the delicious meals.

In the main location, they craft over 250 fantastic treats, including boxes of chocolates and holiday gift baskets. You’ll find two specialty coffee blends roasted exclusively for Rick’s along with single-origin beans and uniquely flavored options. All coffees are Fair Trade grown on farms from Kenya to Sumatra. You can buy coffee by the bag or order a drink to enjoy in-store. Rick’s chocolates come in many options, including chocolate-covered berries, nut clusters, homemade fudges, chocolate drops, chocolate-dipped pretzels, and other chocolate-coated items like Twizzlers and Oreos. Non-chocolate treats include caramel kisses and flavored gummies.

The Red Bird Coffee House

The Red Bird Coffee House is more than a coffee shop. It was created to provide a place for teenagers who are aging out of foster care to find employment, develop job skills, build a strong work ethic, and connect with mentorship in their chosen career fields. The coffee shop is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sunday. It is located at 812 West Main St. in downtown Yukon, which is 45 minutes southwest of Guthrie or 20 minutes west of Oklahoma City.

The Red Bird Coffee House has a large breakfast and lunch menu, along with plenty of options for coffee, from a plain drip coffee or Americano to a caramel macchiato or a mocha frappe. For breakfast, you can order a fresh biscuit and gravy, yogurt parfait, or the Breakfast Sammy with a biscuit, egg, cheddar cheese, and a sausage. Or build your own waffle with toppings that include fresh fruit, syrup, Nutella, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. The lunch menu offers a soup of the day, salads, warm panini sandwiches, or wraps with a side of chips, potato salad, or fruit.

Wilder Coffee Supply

Wilder Coffee Supply has a coffee house and roastery at 605 South Boulevard Suite 100 in Edmond, which is the next town down the road from Guthrie. It’s open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Stop by for a fresh cup of in-store roasted coffee or to pick up your weekly bag of beans to brew at home. Wilder even has a coffee cart for event catering that is available to book for all your coffee needs, whether you’re hosting a business event or want to impress your coffee-loving friends at a private party.

Aspen Coffee Company

The Aspen Coffee Company is a local Oklahoma company that has been operating since 1994. It has four locations in Stillwater, where it is based, and two in Edmond. The closest location to Guthrie is in Edmond at 3649 East 2nd St which is just a 20-minute drive, while the second Edmond location is only five minutes farther away at 180 West 15th St. All coffee is roasted in its small-batch roastery and sent out fresh to all coffee shop locations. From there, your coffee is made using an old-school manual espresso machine operated by skilled baristas.

Hours of operation and some menu items vary by location, but at all Aspen Coffee Company shops, you’ll find great coffee made from beans that have been carefully selected from growers all over the world. Some coffee drinks you can count on at all shops include a fresh drip of the day, lattes, flavored lattes, mochas, and white mochas, the classic Americano, and the cortado which is an espresso with a little bit of steamed milk and is a popular drink in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. You’ll also find fresh-baked snacks, including muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and other pastries.

There are several local roasters around the Guthrie area, so you’ll never be short of a coffee shop serving up excellent drinks from fresh beans.
